Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every account and to every upload, generation, download, and share on rapaivideo.net ("RapVideo AI", "we", "us"). It forms an integral part of our Terms of Service. By using the service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Scope

This policy governs all use of our AI video generation platform, creative tools, APIs, and media sharing features. Compliance with this policy is strictly enforced to protect our community and ensure a safe, lawful creative environment.

You may upload only:

  • photos of yourself;
  • photos of adults who have given you explicit, informed consent to use their likeness for this video; or
  • photos of your own pets or companion animals.

You must not upload photos of minors, celebrities, public figures, strangers, or anyone who has not explicitly consented. You must be able to verify such consent upon request. The service is designed for fictional, entertaining AI-generated rap performances, not for impersonation, harassment, or deceiving the public.

3. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material

We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexual or sexualised depiction of minors, whether real or AI-generated. Any such content is immediately blocked, accounts are permanently terminated, associated data preserved, and reported directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

4. Prohibited Content Categories

You must not use RapVideo AI to upload, prompt, generate, or share:

  1. Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, nudity, sexual conduct, fetish depictions, or sexually suggestive material.
  2. Deepfakes and impersonation: non-consensual face swaps, deceptive synthetic media, impersonation of public figures or real individuals, or fabricated speech/actions designed to mislead viewers about what a person said or did.
  3. Copyright and intellectual property infringement: unlicensed imagery, protected logos, copyrighted songs, or proprietary assets without legitimate authorisation.
  4. Violence, gore, and self-harm: graphic violence, cruelty, torture, suicide, self-injury, or material promoting harm to people or animals.
  5. Hate speech and harassment: attacks, slurs, threats, defamation, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation.
  6. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): intimate or sexually suggestive depictions of individuals created or distributed without express consent.
  7. Child unsafe content: any content exploiting, endangering, or inappropriately depicting minors (see Section 3).

Also prohibited: distributing spam, malware, phishing links, fraudulent offers, illegal narcotics or services, and any attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass our automated safety filters.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All videos delivered by our platform are generated through artificial intelligence. You must never misrepresent generated videos as authentic real-world recordings. When publishing or distributing videos on social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X), you agree to maintain visible AI disclosures in accordance with platform policies.

6. Content Review and Moderation

  • Prior to generation, you must affirm that you possess the necessary rights and consents outlined in Section 2.
  • Prompt inputs, reference images, and finished outputs are subject to real-time automated safety screening by our AI inference providers and internal moderation engines.
  • Generations flagged for policy violations are aborted immediately; credits deducted for failed compliance checks are automatically refunded to your balance.
  • We actively investigate user and rights-holder reports, reserving the right to remove content, deny service, restrict account privileges, or refer unlawful activity to competent authorities.

7. Reporting Violations

To report content or behavior that violates this AUP, email support@rapaivideo.net with the subject line "Content Report" and include the relevant video URL, screenshots, and context. Urgent reports (including CSAM or NCII) are acknowledged within 24 hours.

8. Enforcement and Appeals

Violations may result in content deletion, forfeiture of credits used for prohibited generations, and temporary or permanent account suspension. If you believe a generation was incorrectly flagged, you may submit an appeal to support@rapaivideo.net within 14 days detailing your explanation. Our team reviews appeals within 5 business days.
