What is an AI rap duo video?
An AI rap duo video is a short clip in which two people from ordinary photos perform a rap together. The idea took off in September 2026 as the Hotel Lobby trend, also called Migos AI or the AI rap duo trend: pairs placed in the orange booth from Quavo and Takeoff’s COLORS performance of “Hotel Lobby”, one rapping into a hanging mic, the other hyping.
Here the AI rap duo can rap the Hotel Lobby track, a song you upload, or an original AI rap written about a topic you type, up to 120 characters, or about the two of you if you leave it empty. With the AI rap, Both rap is on and the duo trades bars; turn it off, or pick a track or a song, and the left person is the lead while the right one is the hype partner.

What the AI rap duo writes and raps
- The topic: up to 120 characters, in any language. A name and one real detail work best; empty, the AI rap is about the two of you.
- The verse: the AI writes original, clean lines about your topic. It does not reuse the lyrics of the trend song or any real artist’s voice.
- The beat: in the orange booth the new beat follows the original song’s tempo without its lyrics, melody or vocals; the other three stages each have a beat of their own.
- Who raps: with Both rap on, the AI rap duo trades lines; with it off, the left person raps and the right one hypes.

Use sharp, front-facing photos with even light and nothing over the face. If one face drifts, try a clearer photo of that person; each new render is a new attempt and costs its own credits.
Can I make an AI rap duo song about my best friend?
