Best AI Rap Generator (Checked Oct 22, 2026)

The best AI rap generator depends on what you want back: lyrics to perform yourself, a finished song with a rapping voice, or a rap video of real people. We make Hotel Lobby Video, one of the tools; every fact below comes from each tool’s own pages, read without signing up and last checked on October 22, 2026.

Best AI rap generator for lyrics

Rapchat pitches its lyrics generator for first drafts and writer’s block. Freshbots writes lyrics in styles from boom bap to diss tracks, with no account. A chat assistant also writes lyrics if you give it the topic, rhyme scheme and bar count; Claude and Gemini both list a free plan. Only Freshbots goes further: signed in, it raps your bars over a beat as a 30-second track.

Best AI rap generator for a song

  • Suno writes lyrics or takes yours. The free plan uses the lighter v6-mini model; Pro unlocks v6, commercial use for songs made while subscribed, and singing in your own recorded voice (home).
  • Udio: its help center says downloads of audio, video and stems have been disabled since its Universal Music Group partnership began on October 29, 2025 (Udio help).
  • ElevenLabs Music: one credit pool covers every ElevenLabs product, so the free 10,000 credits make roughly 11 minutes of music (pricing).

All three return audio, not a video of anyone performing.

Best AI rap generator for a video

  • Hotel Lobby Video (ours): photos of two people and, on a Seedance model, a topic of up to 120 characters. The AI writes an original, clean verse and beat; the lead raps it lip-synced, or both trade bars. You get the MP4 only, no separate lyrics file.
  • Rap Duo AI: the closest to ours, with two photos, four stages, an optional topic and an AI-written rap, lip-synced. Its page says most videos are ready in 2 to 3 minutes and does not mention uploading your own song (home).
  • Revid: paste your lyrics, pick a beat style such as trap, drill or old school, and get a video in 9:16, 16:9, 1:1 or 4:5 with visuals and on-screen lyrics in sync (pricing).

How we checked

We read each tool’s own pages on September 30, 2026 without logging in and rechecked them on October 22, 2026. Udio’s prices need its app, so its numbers come from its help center. Freebeat blocked our check and is not listed. On October 4, 2026 we rechecked Rap Duo AI: its pages now say every video is paid before it renders, with no free preview. On October 22, Freshbots had added a rapped track, Rap Duo AI’s pricing page listed 10 credits for $6.99, and Revid listed more formats.

FAQ

What is the best free AI rap generator?

For lyrics, Freshbots and Rapchat; Freshbots also raps them over a beat once you sign in. For a song, Suno gives 50 credits a day without downloads. For a video, neither Rap Duo AI nor Hotel Lobby Video has a free AI rap video (Hotel Lobby Video: 10 credits for a 12 s AI rap, refunded if the render fails).

Can AI rap in my own voice?

Suno’s paid plans list recording or uploading your own voice. Hotel Lobby Video does not clone voices; upload a track you recorded and the lead lip-syncs to it.

Can I make an AI rap video of me and a friend?

Yes. Hotel Lobby Video’s AI rap generator and Rap Duo AI both turn two photos into a video of the pair rapping.

Can I use AI rap songs commercially?

On paid plans: Suno for songs made while subscribed, ElevenLabs from Starter up (Starter excludes streaming). Read each tool’s terms first.
